We had the pleasure of hosting two key clients from India this week, and this visit provided us with a valuable opportunity to better understand their needs and expectations.

First of all, we took the customer to visit our screw showroom, which was filled with a variety of screw products, and the customer showed great love for our products and asked if there were any samples available.

Customers say they are particularly interested in our screw line because they want to see how we manufacture our products from start to finish. We walked them through every step of the process and showed us how we use the latest technology to manufacture each screw product.

And take customers on a tour of our quality inspection department, where they see how we guarantee that every product meets our strict quality standards. From incoming raw materials to finished products, we have a strict set of protocols in place to ensure that every screw meets our strict quality standards before it leaves our factory. Our Indian customers expressed their confidence in our products after seeing our production quality inspection process.

Finally, we took the customer to visit our product warehouse and assisted the customer in selecting the screw samples they needed.

During the meal, we specially arranged Indian-style cuisine to show respect and understanding for the culture of the client's country.
